How to fix Unknown Error 0x80072efd when running a script?

Scripting in ViewX uses Web ports to access Geo SCADA Expert database. If you are getting Unknow Error 0x80072efd when running a script, please ensure Web ports are enabled.

If the HTTPS port is disabled, then it will use the HTTP port. 

If the ports are already enabled,
  • Check the firewall setting to ensure these ports are not blocked.
  • Ensure the web ports are not used by another web server. Since, port 80 and 443 are the default ports used by general web server.
