Issue:
Flood of RTC Time adjusted values in the logs
Product line:
Symmetra PX 250/500 with AP9635
Environment:
All Product models, all serial numbers
Cause:
When 2 Network Management Card
(NMC) are installed in the UPS and set to NTP (Network Time Protocol), they will fight for control of the time to the display and continually send info alerts on RTC Time Adjusted. In the chart below you will notice in column 5 there are two different numbers 2 & 4, which would indicate that there is 2 NMC in the UPS one in position #2 and the other in position #4. This is the indicators that 2 NMC are fighting to provide time through NTP
