How do you distribute MAXBAR from the main row to other rows, keeping the system more professional?

MAXBAR with neutral terminal block can be used to distribute active and neutral in the row with main switch. Use the connectors provided with MAXBAR to take active and neutral feed from the row with main switch to take the feed to other rows. You can follow the same process for other rows in switchboard.

What Wiser device should be used to control and monitor a water heater?

Issue:
Help with product selection for a Wiser device to control a water heater

Product selection question

Resolution:
Depending on the situation, water heater control could be done with one of 4 Devices:  Large Load Controller (EER260LLCR),  30 Amp Load Control Relay (EER42200), 5 Amp Load Control Relay (EER42300), or 15 Amp Smart Plug (EER40200 or EER41200)
 
For a water heater with a gas burner heating element, the electrical controls circuit will not draw much power.  It the control circuit is shut off, then the water heater will be shut down.  A 5 Amp Load Control Relay could be used.   If the controls connect directly into a 120V wall receptacle via a standard plug, the Wiser Smart Plug would be a good option.  

For a 120 volt electric heater, the Wiser 30 Amp Load Control Relay would be the best option.  

For a 240 volt electric water heater, the Wiser Large Load Controller is the recommended device.   2 pole breakers are available for the large load controller in 20,30,40,50, and 60 amps.  If power monitoring is desired with the Large Load Controller, then the Current Transformers (EER260LLCCT1, EER260LLCCT2) will have to be ordered separately
 

 

Acti9 PowerTag Link Display (A9XMWRD) shows only the first 20 PowerTags connected to PowerTag Link HD (A9XMWD100). Is it normal?

Please note that one PowerTag Link HD gateway can only be paired to ONLY ONE PowerTag Link Display (A9XMWRD).

Therefore, there is no way to display all the PowerTags configured to PowerTag Link HD through PowerTag Link Display (A9XMWRD).
As a solution you can;

1.Have a separate PowerTag Link Display (A9XMWRD) configured to each gateway with 20 PowerTag sensors.

OR

2. Have configured one FDM128 display to monitor up to 8 PowerTag Link or PowerTag Link HD gateways.
In case of PowerTag Link HD (A9XMWD100) is used as a gateway then max number of 40 PowerTag sensors can be viewed.

For example if a customer wants to view details of 100 PowerTags in FDM128 then architecture with 2 PowerTag Link HD (40 sensors per PowerTag Link HD) and 1 PowerTag Link-A9XMWD20 (20 sensors PowerTag Link) can be used.

Can I control (Open/Close) a breaker from FDM128 display, if I log in to the display as 'Operator' ?

Example scenario: 
Customer has an MTZ2 connected to FDM128. They want to open/close the breaker from the FDM128, but this is only possible using the 'Administrator' login, not the 'Operator' login.
What is customer doing incorrectly here? Should the customer be able to open/close via operator screen?

Explanation:
Please see the below details from the
FDM128 User Guide (DOCA0037EN).

The 'Operator' login DOES NOT have enough access to control the breaker and only ‘Administrator’ login has the access to control (open/close) the breaker.

These roles and each function assigned for roles CANNOT be configured in FDM128 and they have fixed definitions as shown in the user guide.
