An issue has been identified with the SNMPv3 task on Network Management Card 1 and 2 based devices. SNMPv3 communication will be lost after approximately 49 days and 17 hours. The NMC will continue to run normally, with the exception of the SNMP process, which will not run.
Update (July, 2016): Specific to NMC1 products, this issue had previously been fixed for AOS 3.7.3 and higher. The maximum SNMPv3 uptime allowed was modfied from 49.7 days to 497 days. At the 497 uptime day mark, assuming the management uptime had reached this point, the Network Management Card interface would have had to be rebooted though the web, CLI, or SNMPv1 interfaces in order to regain SNMPv3 communication. NMC2 AOS v5.1.X also contained a fix to avoid an SNMPv3 communication loss completely.
With NMC1 AOS v3.9.2 and higher, this issue has been fully resolved and the 497 uptime limitation has been lifted and SNMPv3 communication through StruxureWare Data Center Expert or any third party SNMPv3 NMS will not be affected after 497 days of uptime. This AOS (or newer) will be released for different firmware applications in the coming months which are available at https://www.apc.com/tt/en/tools/download/. Certain applications are available immediately, such as Rack PDU.

This article explains how the default WebX ports can be changed for the redesigned WebX interface in ClearSCADA 2015 R1 and later versions. The default ports are set to 85 for HTTP (non-secure) and 453 for HTTPS (secure) connections. This configuration can be altered from Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
To change the default ports do the following:
1. Launch Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager on the machine hosting ClearSCADA Server.
2. Locate the ClearSCADA site and click on Bindings.
3. Select the connection you would like to edit and hit the Edit button.
4. Type the desired port number and hit OK. Make sure the new port is vacant and can be accessed by the clients. Please do not set the same ports for WebX and the Original WebX. The appropriate SSL Certificate can also be selected for the secure port (HTTPS) at this stage.
5. Restart the ClearSCADA site by clicking on Restart located in the Manage Website section.
||Keep in mind that the secure WebX port in ClearSCADA 2015 R1 is also being used by ClearSCADA Mobile if it is installed on the same machine. ClearSCADA Mobile uses port 443 by default in all ClearSCADA versions prior to 2015 R1 and in newer.

A Sliding Window is a variable receive buffer capacity that is advertised in the 16 bit Window packet section of the TCP Header. This is how a transmitting device advertises the current receive buffer capacity to the sender. The 174CEV30010 and 174CEV30020 Modbus to Ethernet bridges support a sliding window. For example, if the CEV buffer starts out at 512 bytes capacity and there is an outstanding Modbus message size of 14 bytes, the advertised window will be 498 bytes in the response. Note that most PLC services support a fixed receive buffer window size.

The third party motor commissioning tool within SoMove helps calculate the offset to commutate the motor.
In North America, one would expect to see approximately 120 volts when
measuring from hot to neutral and from hot to ground. However, large ships
use delta power. That is, there are two hot legs (center tapped 120Vac) and a
ground: no neutral. Each hot is 60 volts. One can measure from hot to hot
(phase to phase) and will see 120 volts. When measuring from either hot to
ground, one will see 60 volts.

Standard North American Smart-UPS are designed for a 3 wire input comprised of a 120v Hot, Neutral, and Ground.
For this environment, APC has the Smart-UPS X93 Shipboard Series. A standard
120Vac model should not be used on a ship with delta power. When a 120Vac
APC UPS transfers to battery, it supplies 115V +/-5V on the hot leg. Herein
lies the problem with standard models on ships. According to the National
Electric Code, the neutral leg must be passed through the standard UPS
units without interruption. As a result, it is possible that 180Vrms may be
passed to the load when switching to battery (120Vac from the UPS inverter on
one phase and 60 volts from the ship on the second phase). Most computers have
power supplies that accept a wide range of input voltage; therefore, they would
not be affected by the voltage jump. However, if the load has any common mode
suppression (i.e. 150Vac MOVs), then the load may be affected.
Input to the X93 units is two hot legs at 60Vac each. The output is one hot
120Vac leg, a neutral and a ground. The primary differences between the X93
unit and the domestic are that the site wiring fault circuit is disabled, a
double pole breaker replaces the single pole breaker at the input, and a triple
pole switch is added that can disconnect the incoming AC as well as the bias
supplies in the UPS (it won't turn on anymore). The X93 does not break both
line and neutral unless the input breaker is tripped. If it just goes to
battery, the output and input neutral are still continuous. The ground and
neutral are not connected by the UPS so unless the neutral is bonded to ground
on the ship at the supply or load, one will not necessarily measure 0 volts from
neutral to ground at the output of the UPS.
Note: A customer who has decided to use a domestic model on a ship producing
delta power aware that the ship must have over current protection (fuse or circuit breaker)
in each hot leg. This is because a fault within the UPS (highly unlikely) from neutral
(whichever hot leg corresponds to the neutral) to ground is not protected by
the UPS's circuit breaker. Without this branch protection on the ship, such a
fault within the UPS could be dangerous because fault current is not limited.
