Is there a rotary switch for the Saturn 4000 series to use with existing capacitors for fans?

The 60RSM3 is a 4 position ( off, 1,2,3 ) mechanism that can be used with existing capacitors.

Is there a generic capacitor only, available for fan speed controllers?

No, we only sell the capacitors with our fan controllers, as capacitor ratings vary amongst brands
If alternate brands are used the original capacitor for the fan  can be used with a 3 position rotary mech such as the 30RSM3 or 60RSM3

Does the 60RSM3 suit the saturn zen plates?

Yes. It will fit in the saturn zen plates, but it will come with a silver knob to suit standard saturn. A knob to suit can be purchased in the Z4062EDIM-KB Knob kit but that has a 'FAN' Symbol on the knob.
