Why do I get an "automatic recover about to occur cerrno=0:error0" message when I attempt to launch Concept?

One possible cause is the contents of the C:\Windows\Temp\Concept\ folder. You can delete or rename this folder so that Concept creates a new one when launched again.

Error E734B on Lexium 32

Error ID 734B is a result of the analog encoder signals position evaluation not functioning properly.

This error can occur if the encoder cable has been improperly wired.
Although this can never be expected to occur on a factory produced encoder cable, there are instances in which customers may attempt to make their own encoder cable or they may attempt modify a factory produced cable which can result in the error 734B if the wiring of the cable is incorrect.

C-series low output.

                                                  C-series low output

Some customers may attempt to obtain more output by oversizing the array, since the manual states it can tolerate up to 85A before tripping due to overcurrent.
However, the controller will reduce output in an attempt to prevent overtemperature, as outlined on pg.7 of the manual :

If the PV array’s output increases above the rated amp level
due to reflection or “edge of cloud effect,” the controller will
continue to operate until the heatsink reaches a maximum
safe operating temperature. This will take several minutes to
occur, depending upon the ambient temperature involved.
When the heatsink reaches the maximum safe temperature,
the controller will reduce the current, cooling the transistors
and the heatsink.

Is the Undervoltage Release (UVR or MN) for the Masterpact NW and NT breakers "kiss-free?"

If the UVR is not energized, will the main contacts touch when an attempt is made to close the breaker?

Product Line:
Masterpact NW and NT

They are kiss-free.  If the undervoltage trip is not energized it is impossible to close the circuit breaker either manually or electrically. An attempt to close the circuit breaker produces no movement of the main contacts. Closing is allowed when the supply voltage of the undervoltage trip reaches 85% of rated voltage.
The undervoltage trip (MN) instantaneously opens the circuit breaker when its supply voltage drops to a value between 35% and 70% of its rated voltage.

Is the gasket seal for a P38/1 Lamp holder available?

No, unfortunately we do not supply the gasket seals as a spare part. You would need to replace the entire fitting or attempt to source the gasket seal from another manufacturer.
