Early warning saves lives
Homes can burn to the ground in less than 15 minutes so early warning smoke alarms can give you and your family the best chance of escape in the event of a fire.
The PDL Fire Tek smoke alarm can be interconnected wired or wirelessly, so if one alarm detects smoke all the alarms throughout the house will activate.
This alarm system can also interconnect with the Wiser Smart Smoke alarm. Linking to the Wiser by SE app, it can be programmed to turn lights on around the house or to flash lights if smoke is detected. It will also send an alert to your phone for added peace of mind if you’re away.
Light up the dark
Using sensors to trigger lighting in your home and around your property is a great way to ensure your family and guests can always move around safely and easily.

Watch from wherever you are

Switched on safety
With so many appliances running in today’s homes, switchboard safety is more important than ever. If you’re renovating, get a registered electrician to do a full assessment of the property’s wiring.
PDL has three key levels of safety solutions for home switchboards: RCBOs, AFDDs, and Surge Protection. An RCBO (Residual Current Breaker with Overcurrent Protection) protects against overloads and short circuits. They’re commonly used to protect individual circuits for kitchens, bathrooms and other areas where high electrical usage or moisture might be present.
Talk to your electrician about installing Arc Fault Detection Devices (AFDD) in your switchboard for extra peace of mind. PDL AFDDs are designed to help prevent electrical fires from starting.
Adding a Surge Protection Device to your switchboard can also help to protect your appliances and electronic equipment from lightning strikes, power surges and voltage strikes.
