Issue:ATV61 or ATV71 Drive state SOC
Product Line:
ATV61 and ATV71
Environment:
All models
Cause:
Motor disconnected or motor windings are open.
Resolution:
SOC is shown as the drive state when a run command is issued and the Fault Management parameter Output Phase Loss is set to "Output cut". The VFD will remain in this state until an electrical connection is made with the motor. Then the VFD will begin output to run the motor. The SOC indicates either the motor is not yet connected or there is a problem with the motor. Check the motor and motor wiring. Look for an open contactor or disconnect between the drive and motor. Close the circuit where appropriate.
