Does Masterpact MTZ have a test kit?

Unlike it's ancestors Masterpact MTZ doesn't require or have a test kit. 
MTZ uses Micrologic X which is an advanced control unit and are customizable with additional digital modules available.  
It uses EPC - EcoStruxure Power Commission software (link).
EPC is free download but some of it's features may require a subscription.
