Why is there still 240V on the C-Bus dimmer output when it has been switched off from C-Bus?

C-Bus dimmer is controlled by Triac/Mosffet and due to this has a small leakage current.
This small leakage current will impose main voltage out on the dimmer output/load even those the channel is switched off via C-Bus.
We advise that the whole dimmer needs to be switched off before maintenance takes place.
