How to recover application password on Control Expert V15 SP1?

If application password for Control Expert V15 SP1 has been lost please follow the following steps to recover the password. 

- Open the control expert project and press SHIFT+F2 when it requests password. 
image.png- Copy the lengthy code and paste it in the attached form. Complete the attached form, print on company letterhead, sign and send it to Schneider Electric Technical support. 
- Our local support will share the form with factory to acquire a reset password.
